do you have a mock exam for practicing? i have no idea what the exam will look like and what kind of questions could be asked. it would be very helpful for testing my own skills and get a feeling for the scope and depth of the exam

Can somebody explain to me why Scala Option is being used (ie in store.get) instead of just returning the actual value? Whats the point of using Scala Option in general?

I don't understand what Letcc is actually supposed to do. Could somebody please explain it to me? I haven't found either the script nor the tests very enlightening and I've been sitting on that last part of the exercise for two hours now

I've got the exact same problem. I've been sitting on this for over an hour without a real clue on what to do precicely.. And I'm betting we're not the only ones who skipped the group exercise last friday...

Ich hab keine extra fälle behandelt und bei mir laufen alle tests einwandfrei durch. Jede der Implementationen ist jeweils ein kurzer Einzeiler, ich denke also eher dass du noch irgendwo einen Fehler drin hast

There are two editions of the book "Programming Languages: Application and Interpretation". Am I right to assume that we're using the first one (from 2007)?
The sections of the book are not exactly the same, hence the question.
